By placing an order with Big Deals Outlet you agree to all of the following terms and conditions.
Terms: Pre-pay only.
Payment Methods: Visa, Master Card or Discover
Minimum Order: $100.00 and Full Cases Only.
Minnesota state sales tax will be added to all orders shipping to Minnesota.
Shipping Policy
We ship only to the contiguous 48 states. Orders are generally shipped within 7-10 business days from ordering.
For orders under $500.00:
Shipping and Handling will be charged using UPS published rates for all orders below $500.00. For these orders, the shipping address will be automatically rated by UPS software as either residential or commercial, and that complete and final shipping rate will be added to your order at checkout. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
For orders over $500.00:
The shipping address will be automatically rated by routing software as either commercial or residential. Shipping is free on all orders over $500.00 going to an address rated COMMERCIAL within the contiguous 48 states. Orders over $500.00 shipping to an address rated RESIDENTIAL will have a $150.00 RESIDENTIAL shipping fee added to their order. Buyer also agrees that shipments over $500.00 sent via truck carrier must be unloaded by the buyer. No additional services such as driver unload, inside delivery, or lift gate are included with your order. Buyer may request these excluded additional services from the delivery carrier at the buyer's expense.
Return Policy: All sales are final. All order prepayments are non-refundable.
Context: If there are any questions about the prices, diction, or deals we offer, please contact us at webmaster@bigdealsoutlet.com before ordering. Our inventory is sold as orders are received. Items may be sold out before the Website is updated. We reserve the right to suggest alternate items, and/or cancel orders which are incomplete, or lack minimum ordering requirements. In some cases we may have to ship your order short. Your credit card will automatically be credited for items not shipped. If the purchaser is unreachable we reserve the right to cancel any order. Big Deals Outlet cannot accept changes to any order once it is submitted.
