A: We can ship to an apartment, you will be charged a higher shipping rate. If your order is over $500, and we are shipping to an apartment, we will charge you the additional expenses, including inside delivery, lift gate services, etc. that accompany the delivery.

Q: When an item is sold out, will it ever become available again?
A: Once it is gone, it is gone. We do have relationships with vendors where we get the same item more than once, so there is a chance that it may become available again. But if you are interested and the opportunity buy is still available, you should take advantage of the deal while you can.
